Day1: Explore the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple
6:00–7:00 AM: Travel to Luxor by the Plane from Cairo Airport
- Meet our representative from Golavita at the hotel in Cairo.
- Take your seat in an air-conditioned private modern vehicle driven by an expert driver, going ahead to Cairo Airport.
- Enjoy a domestic flight, flying to Luxor Airport.
This flight tour takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Meet your Egyptologist at the hotel to begin your day tour in Luxor, starting from east of Luxor bank.
- Arrival at Luxor Airport, where your local Egyptologist guide will meet you.
- Begin your tour directly upon your cozy arrival.
The road from Luxor airport to the Karnak Temple—your first stop in Luxor—takes around 17 minutes.
Midday:
9:00 AM: Arrive at the Karnak Temple
- Welcome to the largest temple on the globe; it is the most massive religious complex in ancient Egypt.
- Marvel at the Hypostyle Hall with more than 135 massive columns carved with vibrant hieroglyphic decorations and views from ancient Egypt—each telling stories of gods, kings, and battles—after crossing the Grand Entrance (First Pylon & Avenue of Sphinxes that lead to the Luxor Temple).
- Explore the Sacred Lake; it was used only by the priests of Amun, plus the obelisks & statues, including the massive statues of Ramses II.
- Arrive at the Sanctuary and Hidden Chapels.

12.00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant in 45 minutes to 60 minutes

1.15 PM: Luxor Temple Visit
- Walk up to massive seated statues of Ramses II, and explore the Colonnade of Amenhotep III, besides the Courtyard of Ramses II.

Day2: Experience the Hot Air Balloon & Visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon

4:30 AM: Pickup Time at the Early morning
- Depart early from your hotel, arriving at a point near to the Ramesseum Temple, where the hot air balloons fly.
5:00 AM: Hot Air Balloon Flying
- Stand outstandingly on the Balloon basket, and fly over the majesty of ancient Egypt in 45 up to 60 minutes.

8.30 AM: Valley of the Kings Visit
- Take an electric car, arriving at the Valley of the Kings, the home of the royal tombs, including Tutankhamun's tomb.
- Find out the mysteries around these tombs with the reality of who built them and the truth of the inside inscriptions that cover the whole tombs, including the Book of the Dead, Book of Gates, Book of Caverns, and Book of the Heavenly Cow.

10.45 AM: Hatshepsut Temple Visit

- Meet the pharaonic royal palace used for the festivals, like the Valley Day, and it represents the victories of Ramses III. It includes the Transfiguration Terrace, from which the King looks on at the celebrations.
- Building this temple required around 40 ships to transfer the stones from quarries to the temple, and 3000 workers built this temple, and also building this temple continued for 10 years. Wander amid this pharaonic dazzlement with artifacts dating back to Thutmose I, Hatshepsut, Thutmose II, and Thutmose III.
- Explore the tombs of the kings’ daughters, the stable where royal horses were raised, the holy lake still existing, the garden rooms, and statues of Sekhmet.

12.55 PM: Visit the Colossi of Memnon

We went in the Safari and Paradise Island boat trip. Both were very well organised, great activities and the transfer made by driver was on time!
I recommend especially the Paradise Island trip! The views on the island are amazing and the boat trip until there has such grest service on the boat (snorkeling, lunch, drinks).

Waleed, the tour guide, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The bottles of water to keep us hydrated was also a very nice addition.
