A very beautiful experience which made our stay in Egypt unforgettable; Luxor with a caring guide and Cairo with Ismaël; a very cultured guide who listens to the happiness of customers. I would recommend this agency without hesitation

We booked a tour with Palma Tours, Mr Akram was very quick to respond to our questions and checked in with us daily to see how the tour was going. Waleed, the tour guide, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The bottles of water to keep us hydrated was also a very nice addition. The private transport was top class, modern air conditioned vehicles and friendly and helpful drivers. We booked the Luxor / Aswan 2 day tour with overnight stay. Accommodation & Lunch provided was of great quality. The itinerary was jam packed with enough rest breaks. (We even managed to squeeze an extra site in ours - Thanks Waleed & Akram) Although this tour has 100’s miles travel by road & train, we highly recommend Palma Tours and have decided to book a second excursion with them during our holiday.

We had a great quad bike ride in the afternoon. The guide had a great energy and humor that made the tour extra good. On the way to the tour we had a driver that shouldn't be driving tourist, but when we told it to the company they gave us a another driver that drove perfect so we could relax in the car. That's a good and professional way of handling a problem. We can recommend this company.
