The temple is distinguished by the Sphinx Way, which is considered the entrance to the temple. It is a road flanked on both sides by statues on the body of sphinxes representing King Nectanebo I.
The passage consists of 34 statues on each side. The famous Colossi of Memnon. They are all that remains of the destroyed funerary temple of Amenhotep III. You can take special photos next to them and learn about their history and the myths that were given to them before moving on to the next stop.

Habu Temple is called the Funerary Temple or the Temple of Ramses III and is considered one of the greatest temples of the twentieth dynasty and the largest funerary temples.
It was constructed by King Ramses III to perform funeral rituals and worship Amun. His various military victories are engraved on the walls of the temple.
The temple is also characterized by its great inscriptions and towering columns. It is the most luxurious temple in terms of construction and engraving. It is considered the only fortified temple. The temple has two fences, a dock designated for ships, and two guard rooms.
