Semiramis III Nile Cruise – 4 Days Aswan to Luxor

This 4-day tour aboard the Semiramis III Nile Cruise gives you the opportunity to sail amid the lush banks of the Nile from Aswan to Luxor while the desert appears in the background where the monuments rise dramatically.
In this guided tour, you arrive by air-conditioned vehicle to Aswan’s attractions, visiting Aswan High Dam (this 20th-century marvel), Philae Temple (the jewelry of ancient Egypt’s temples), and the Unfinished Obelisk (the historical quarry for the ancient Egyptians to uncover one of the ancient Egyptian architectural marvels).
Sail to Kom Ombo Temple (the only double-faced temple in history) and Edfu Temple (the most well-preserved temple in ancient Egypt), arriving at Karnak Temple (the largest religious complex in the world), the Valley of the Kings (where the powerful ancient Egyptian kings found their final rituals), and Hatshepsut with its non-repeatable facade, carved in the Deir El Bahri cliff rising into three terraces. Furthermore, explore the Colossi of Memnon, which are located near the largest mortuary temple in the Thebes Necropolis.
During the journey, you entertain both peaceful sailing time and dazzling views you can relish on the cruise sundeck or even from the panoramic window in your private cabin, plus enjoy the swimming pool, sun lounges, bar with cocktail drinks, restaurant for savoring the tastiest fresh-cooked meals, and other amenities, while the other entertainment is exploring ancient Egypt’s attractions with your Egyptologist.

This dam is one of the 20th century's marvels, controlling the annual flooding of the Nile, providing water for agriculture, and generating hydroelectric power for millions of Egyptians, creating the largest global artificial lake in the world. You can enjoy the panoramic view of this lake, Nasser Lake, and the Nile while it runs through the desert.
Ride the AC vehicle, going ahead to Philae Port.
Philae Temple - A visit lasts around 1 hour and 30 minutes
Take a motorboat from Philae Port for a relaxing sailing, arriving at Aglika Island, where Philae Temple is located. It is rising like a dream from the waters of the Nile; take wonderful shots. Come close and wander through this site dedicated to the goddess Isis, which was the last active center of ancient Egyptian religion, where the worship of Isis continued even during Roman rule.
