10.15 AM - Explore Hatshepsut Temple
Meet the harmonic facade of Hatshepsut Temple that is carved dazzlingly in the Deir El Bahari cliff; wander through 3 horizontal terraces that take you to the era of this lady that ruled ancient Egypt successfully for the first time 1479–1458 BCE (18th Dynasty, New Kingdom).
Scroll through grand colonnaded halls, gardens and sphinx-lined pathways; the Chapel of Hathor, which is dedicated to the goddess Hathor, the goddess of music, joy, and motherhood; plus the Chapel of Anubis and the Sanctuary of Amun.
