The walls are decorated with scenes of: Offerings to Sobek and Horus, Coronation rituals, Sacred processions and festivals, and Mythological tales, especially the struggle between Horus and Seth.

Arrive back at the dahabiya after a visit that extends to around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The marvel of 20th-century engineering, Lake Nasser, changed Egypt's destiny forever by providing about 15% of the country's electricity, lighting up homes, and powering industries nationwide. It also created the largest man-made lake in the world. Entertain yourself with the panoramic view of this lake and the temples surrounding it, besides the Nile, which runs in the desert.

Go ahead to Philae Port with your Egyptologist in the air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy a relaxing and unique sailing by motorboat from this port to Philae Temple, which appears dramatically from the heart of the Nile.

Discover Philae Temple:

The temple complex is dominated by the Great Temple of Isis, where you'll pass through imposing pylons decorated with royal and divine scenes, hypostyle halls with graceful floral columns, and a sanctuary where the cult statue of Isis was once kept. You'll also see vivid reliefs depicting the story of Osiris, the birth of Horus, and Isis’s powerful role in ancient mythology.

Go ahead to the third and last stop in Aswan after a visit that lasts around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Sail back to the Philae Port and take the air-conditioned vehicle to the Unfinished Obelisk.
