Itinerary

Embark on the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon, and Karnak Temple

Take your air-conditioned seat in the private vehicle, traveling to Luxor in almost 4 hours with one break.

Explore the Valley of the Kings.

Upon arrival, meet your Egyptologist and explore the best three tombs of the Valley of the Kings, walking through sloped corridors, seeing hieroglyphs, and colorful wall paintings from the Book of the Dead, Book of Gates, Book of Caverns, Book of Amduat, and Litany of Ra.

You are amid the world of ancient Egypt's mysteries, exploring amazing secrets and facts related to building these tombs instead of the pyramids! The matter is beyond a common pharaonic tomb!

Visit these temples on the main entrance ticket: Tomb of Ramses III (KV11), Tomb of Ramses IV (KV2), Tomb of Merenptah (KV8), Tomb of Ramses IX (KV6), Tomb of Tausert and Setnakht (KV14), and Tomb of Siptah (KV47). Afterwards, make your way to Hatshepsut Temple

Marvel at the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut

Meet the dramatic facade of Hatshepsut Temple, carved completely in a cliff of Deir El Bahari into three marvelous terraces to be a non-repeatable temple made for this first lady ruling ancient Egypt successfully.

Wander through the details of this era, seeing vibrant inscriptions reflect how ancient Egypt was in this era and her famous expedition to Punt (a trading mission to a land rich in incense, gold, and exotic animals).

Explore how she ruled ancient Egypt by meeting the scenes of her divine birth and coronation and her offerings to gods like Amun, Hathor, and Anubis.

Meet the Great Statues located alongside the Sanctuary of Amun-Ra and the Chapel of Hathor. Afterwards, you will proceed to the Colossi of Memnon.

Colossi of Memnon Stop

Stand in awe in front of the Colossi of Memnon, representing Amenhotep III, guarding the largest mortuary temple in Thebes Necropolis, while the mysteries surrounding them, including their surviving the 27th-century earthquake and the internal sounds that come from them, sound like crying!

In this area, Amenhotep III was mummified and purified by the priests using the seven holy oils. Afterwards, you will proceed to Karnak Temple.

Marvel at Karnak Temple

The earliest artifacts found in this temple date back to 1500 BC, and the latest artifacts date back to 332 BC during the 30th dynasty, the latest dynasty in ancient Egypt. Wander through these valuable monuments.

Explore the unfinished edifice, the Taharqa Column, and the largest hypostyle hall in the universe with 134 columns built for 66 years.

Arrive at the Hatshepsut Obelisk, the Holy of Holies, the Sacred Lake, and the largest scarab found in Egypt for luck as per the pharaonic beliefs.

Lunchtime

Savor the rich-flavored Egyptian cuisines in a local restaurant. We prioritize your preferences when selecting food, including whether you are a vegetarian.

Take your seat in the air-conditioned vehicle, traveling back to Soma Bay by private vehicle, you arrive at the hotel peacefully after creating unforgettable memories and taking unbelievable shots in the heart of the majesty of ancient Egypt.

Ashraf was our Egyptian professional guide for a Czech small group planned "Sacred journey to the chacra temples of Egypt". As the title already says, not only were we using his incredible life experience of an egyptolog, tourist guide and organiser. We were also using his experience with the places themselves, which of the extra tickets are worth the money to visit the extra places, which of the villages and shops are fair and having good things. And of course all the historical stories linked to the places we visited with open mind to some new more alternative explanations of happenings too. The organisation of our trip from Hurghada, through Asuan, Luxor, Ghiza and back Hurghada is fully his expertise. Minivans, boat, train... He was always with us handling all to our happiness ❤️ Buying extra water, bananas or ordering better for stomach digestion food.
