The voyage then carries you to the unique double temple of Kom Ombo and the most well-preserved temple in ancient Egypt, Edfu Temple. The journey reaches its grand finale in Luxor, the world’s greatest open-air museum. You will step off the ship and directly into the legends of the New Kingdom, from the towering columns of the Karnak Temple Complex to the silent, hidden chambers of the Valley of the Kings. You will also visit the Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon.

Transfer to the Philae Port for a sailing experience by the motorboat, arriving at the Agilkia Island, where the Philae Temple is located. This temple complex is dedicated to the goddess Isis, one of the most important deities in ancient Egypt. Inside, you’ll find massive stone gateways (pylons) with detailed carvings and beautiful reliefs showing myths of Isis and Osiris, as well as elegant columns and courtyards, besides smaller shrines and chapels.

You have a chance to visit the Abu Simbel Temples with an early departure and boxed breakfast from the cruise, traveling by the air-conditioned vehicle "on your own charges."
Enjoy the afternoon sailing to Kom Ombo after lunch, and visit this double-faced temple; unlike other temples, it is perfectly symmetrical: one side is dedicated to Horus (the falcon-headed god of protection), and the other side is for Sobek (the crocodile god of fertility and the Nile) with twin entrances, halls, and sanctuaries, teeming wth carvings and hieroglyphs, where you find famous wall showing ancient surgical tools (one of the earliest medical depictions in history!)
Follow this visit with a relaxing sailing to Edfu, where you dock and spend your night with dinner.

Begin your day with breakfast on board, and experience riding a horse carriage, arriving at the Edfu Temple, the best-preserved temple in all of Egypt—and when you walk inside, it honestly feels like stepping back into ancient times. Almost completely intact (walls, roof, and rooms still standing!) Wander through its massive entrance pylon (one of the largest in Egypt), long open courtyard surrounded by columns, etc...
Return back to the Nile Cruise for Lunch and relish crossing through Esna Lock while heading north towards Luxor, your final voyaging destination.

Breakfast on board and check-out, finalizing your amazing cruising experience. Start discovering Thebes, now Luxor, the capital of ancient Egypt, visiting the Thebes Necropolis, where you admire the Valley of the Kings, which served as the royal burial ground during the New Kingdom (around 1550–1070 BC), designed like underground journeys into the afterlife, where you find the walls are covered with colorful carvings and religious texts guiding the king to the afterlife.
Transfer to the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, built in three massive terraces rising up into the cliffs, perfectly aligned with the surrounding mountains; so, it is considered one of the most architecturally impressive temples in Egypt.
Before leaving the West Bank of Luxor, visit the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues that stand at the entrance of what was once the grand mortuary temple of a powerful pharaoh, built over 3,000 years ago. Each statue is about 18 meters (60 feet) tall, made from massive quartzite stone blocks.
Lunch at a local restaurant and have a peaceful time.
Continue your day tour, exploring the Karnak Temple, which wasn’t just one temple—it was a vast city of temples, shrines, and halls dedicated mainly to the god Amun, built and expanded over 2,000 years, and served as the main religious center of ancient Egypt.
