5 Days Egypt Tour: Cairo, Zafarana Monasteries and Bahariya Oasis

Start your day with a tasty breakfast at the hotel, and then meet your Egyptologist at the lobby for an unforgettable journey in the heart of the Old Kingdom of ancient Egypt.

Arrive at the Saqqara Complex, and explore the oldest stone pyramid in Egypt that marks the birth of pyramid architecture and monumental royal tombs, the Step Pyramid of Djoser, and also the Unas Pyramid that includes the first Pyramidal Texts in history.

Proceed to Memphis, the first capital of ancient Egypt, where you discover the roots of one of the world’s oldest civilizations and visit the open-air museum featuring remarkable artifacts, including the colossal statue of Ramses II, the Alabaster Sphinx.

From Memphis, we transfer to the Dahshur Pyramids, home to two of the earliest and most fascinating pyramids built by Pharaoh Sneferu: the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid, which led to building the Giza Pyramids since the theory of building a pyramid was innovated here.

Afterwards, we arrive at a Local restaurant for Lunch, experiencing tasty Egyptian cuisine.

Later on in the evening, relish a dinner Nile Cruise; it is a magical experience combining dining, entertainment, and scenic views of the Nile River.

After breakfast in the hotel, travel in an air-conditioned vehicle to Zafarana, located along the Red Sea coast.

Arrive at the oldest Monastery in the World, founded in the 4th century AD, the Monastery of Saint Anthony, and the home of the First Christian Hermit, the Monastery of Saint Paul.

Spend a relaxing time at a local restaurant, then transfer back to your hotel in Cairo. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, or take your boxed breakfast from the hotel, as per your departure time—agreed when booking—take your seat in the AC vehicle, and go ahead to Bahariya Oasis with a one-stop break.

Arrive at a Bedouin house, which is the local guide's home, and experience the most delicious lunch meal, and then, by the 4x4 Jeep, launch through the sand dunes.

The thrilling adventure takes you to the magic of the Black Desert; all around you is covered by a volcanic black powder, and then you transfer to the El Heiz Spring for an unforgettable relaxing time, followed by your arrival at the glittering crystal formations, and then you head into the overwhelming Old White Desert.

Relish a cozy, unique night under the pure sky, camping in the New White Desert while relishing a BBQ dinner amid an amazing Bedouin atmosphere.
