After visiting the Giza Pyramids and taking charming photos with each Pyramid and at the Giza Pyramids Panorama, arrive at the 9 Pyramids Lounge for lunch, experiencing one of the delicious Egyptian dishes.

Later on, we transfer to the hotel in Cairo for check-in and spend a restful night.

Meals:

Day 2: Saladin Citadel & Khan El Khalili—Fly to Aswan

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and our smooth pickup service from the hotel, riding the AC vehicle with your Egyptologist.

Start your day tour from the Citadel of Saladin, called Cairo Citadel, built in the 12th century, which offers breathtaking panoramic views over Cairo’s skyline, with the silhouettes of minarets and domes stretching to the horizon.

Inside its walls, you’ll find remarkable landmarks such as the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, famous for its grand Ottoman-style architecture and glittering alabaster interior.

Proceed to Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, a labyrinth of narrow alleys brimming with color, scent, and sound. Dating back to the 14th century, it’s a treasure trove where you can shop for handcrafted jewelry, glittering lanterns, aromatic spices, rich textiles, and intricate souvenirs.

Relish your lunch meal at a local restaurant with dishes rich in tasty local Egyptian flavors.

Day 3: Abu Simbel, High Dam, Philae Temple—Fly Back to Cairo

Start your day tour early in the morning, riding the AC vehicle, going ahead to Abu Simbel, and marveling at the Great Temple that is dominated by four massive seated statues of Ramses II, each about 20 meters high, guarding the entrance like eternal sentinels. Inside, beautifully preserved wall carvings depict scenes of battle and devotion.

The second one of those colossal rock-cut temples built by Pharaoh Ramses II in the 13th century BC, is the Nefertari Temple; wander through its vivid inscriptions and giant statues.

Afterwards, we transfer back to Aswan, arriving at the Aswan High Dam, and enjoy panoramic views of Lake Nasser on one side, the largest man-made lake in the globe, created by the dam, and the Nile flowing north on the other.

Embark at Philae Port, taking a motorboat for a relaxing sailing towards Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, where you find elegant courtyards, towering colonnades, and detailed carvings depicting mythological scenes.

Very kind and profesional people. In every trip that I went with them, all details were taking care of. Ashraf is the most knowledgeable tour guide that I ever met in my life. You will go on a trip and come back as friends. I highly recommend golavita Tours!

Ashraf was our Egyptian professional guide for a Czech small group planned "Sacred journey to the chacra temples of Egypt". As the title already says, not only were we using his incredible life experience of an egyptolog, tourist guide and organiser. We were also using his experience with the places themselves, which of the extra tickets are worth the money to visit the extra places, which of the villages and shops are fair and having good things. And of course all the historical stories linked to the places we visited with open mind to some new more alternative explanations of happenings too. The organisation of our trip from Hurghada, through Asuan, Luxor, Ghiza and back Hurghada is fully his expertise. Minivans, boat, train... He was always with us handling all to our happiness ❤️ Buying extra water, bananas or ordering better for stomach digestion food.
