Dag 1: Luxor - Esna
Privé Nijlcruise Dahabiya Luxor naar Aswan Begint
Op het door jou gekozen ophaalpunt, of dit nu de luchthaven, het hotel of het treinstation van Luxor is, zal je Egyptoloog van Golavita je ontmoeten. Vervolgens kom je via een voertuig met airconditioning aan in deze volledige faraonische stad en de grootste tempel in het oude Egypte, de Karnak Tempel, waar je alles te weten komt over het dagelijkse leven van de farao's, en hun geheimen, mysteries en festivals; je beleeft het allemaal op magische wijze. De Karnak Tempel is de poort die je met al zijn details meeneemt naar het hart van het oude Egypte.
Steek vervolgens de wonderen van de westelijke oever van Luxor over, waar je een fantastische tijd kunt doorbrengen in het hart van het faraonische geloof in het hiernamaals in de schitterende graven van de Vallei der Koningen.
In het hart van deze verbazingwekkende wereld ontmoet je een complete tempel die is uitgehouwen in het hart van een charmante heuvel met majestueuze zuilen die je zullen verrassen. Dag 2: Edfu
Edfu Tempel Dagtocht
Geniet allereerst van je heerlijke ontbijt terwijl je ontspannen vaart in het hart van het oude Egypte. Vervolgens arriveer je bij de Edfu tempel; dit is het huis van Horus en de best bewaarde tempel in het oude Egypte. Het is ook de op één na grootste tempel in het oude Egypte.
Je zult dus zien hoe de tempels werden gebouwd en hoe ze eruit zagen toen de farao's ze net hadden verlaten.
Wees voorbereid op de mysteries van het oude Egypte vanaf het Middenrijk (ca. 2034-1650 v.Chr.) tot de 20e eeuw in de steengroeven van de Gebel El Silsila.

Dag 3: Kom Ombo
Kom Ombo Tempel Dagtocht
Geniet eerst van je ontbijt. Vervolgens arriveer je bij de Kom Ombo Tempel, waar je kunt ronddwalen te midden van de grootsheid van de farao's in de vrijheid van overtuigingen wanneer je de god Horus en de god Sobek passeert. Je zult ook getuige zijn van een faraonisch ziekenhuis en chirurgische instrumenten, samen met enkele andere details van het dagelijkse leven in het oude Egypte. Ervaar het beleven van de rijke geschiedenis.

Dag 4: Aswan
Aswan Hoge Dam, Onvoltooide Obelisk en Philae Tempel Dagtour
Na het ontbijt begint je dagtrip in Aswan met een bezoek aan een van de wonderen van de 20e eeuw, de Aswan Hoge Dam.
Daarna beleef je de gebeurtenissen rond de bouw van de grote obelisk in het oude Egypte, de Onvoltooide Obelisk. De faraonische technische lijnen zijn nog steeds zichtbaar, waardoor je op die plek het gevoel hebt dat de oude Egyptenaren elk moment tevoorschijn kunnen komen.
Vervolgens varen we naar de Philae tempel. Daar word je omringd door betoverende faraonische decoraties, zalen, kolommen en beelden met uitzicht op de Nijl op een prachtig eiland.

Right from the beginning, communication with Mr Akram was so professional, he attends to all your needs by listening to what it is you want to get out of your excursions and creates these amazing moments of a life time, all with the great connections he has. Nothing is too much of a hassle for Mr Akram, he answered all my questions thoroughly before I arrived.
Mr Akram showed me and my friend Hurghada City and bought us drinks, which was a lovely gesture for getting to know each other.
We went on two excursions whilst we were in Hurghada, one to Cairo and the other Luxor. Our hired car was very modern, clean and had AC, which gave us a great first impression.
A big shout out to our driver Hamada- what an amazing job he does, not enough credit is given. He drove so professionally and made us feel safe the entire time we were in his company.
A big shout out to Mushy our tour guide, what vast information she holds, absolutely amazing with great historical knowledge. She really gives you detailed information and takes her time explaining the finer details to you.
Overall our whole experience was amazing, many laughs along the way, many memories to treasure. Nothing is too much hassle for these lovely people, Mr Akram always made sure we were ok and enjoyed our experiences by checking in on us.
Drinks were always topped up ensuring we were hydrated all the time whilst on our tours.

We went in the Safari and Paradise Island boat trip. Both were very well organised, great activities and the transfer made by driver was on time!I recommend especially the Paradise Island trip! The views on the island are amazing and the boat trip until there has such grest service on the boat (snorkeling, lunch, drinks).

Great experience from the start to finish. Golavita excelled on all fronts from good customer service, customer care and eager to provide customer excellence.They organised a simple, cost effective and efficient service with their Luxor trip package.The van was almost brand new, great drivers, couple stops for refreshments and got us bang on time to Luxor. It was a 12 seater van with just 8 tourists leaving plenty of space for everyone to stretch and be comfortable. I have long legs and so I had requested specific seats which was booked for me in advance and I didn't get any hassle by drivers or other co passengers.The guide was Sherriff and I really really enjoyed the way he delivered the site seeing experience. Sheriff spoke fluent in English and with a Masters in Egyptology and 4 decades of experience there couldn't have been a better guide. I highly recommend Sherriff as a guide and Islam and Ahmed as the drivers of fellow Brits tourists.Above all I want to thank Golavita for organising this incredible journey.
We arranged the tour a few weeks in advance before arriving in Egypt. Akram presented us with a complete private tour program, starting in Hurghada, visiting Cairo, the Black and White deserts, Alexandria and finally returning to Hurghada.
Everything run smoothly, from the different drivers, who picked us up and dropped us off, always punctual and safe (especially Hamada, 'Medo'!) to the guides, in particular Reeham in Cairo who was just outstanding and Ahmed in the desert tour who welcomed us in his home together with his family before taking us and preparing our dinner in the desert!
The overnight stays were all planned in great detail.
It was definitely an incredible experience during these 4 days!

Our experience on the Dahabiya with Golavita was absolutely fantastic. We had a very professional guide, Mohamed Nagdy who spoke excellent Spanish, and we learned about the fascinating history of Ancient Egypt in a relaxed and enjoyable way. The Dahabiya Iris is truly recommended, a perfect combination of comfort and culture.
Excellent private tour with a very knowledgeable , intelligent and tour guide. Ashraf went the extra mile to make sure our two day trip went smoothly and took us to all the best sites in Luxor.
